Delivery locations

We have a driver who can deliver in PE central and surrounds for a small fee. Any orders over R5000 will not incur any delivery fee. Unfortunately, there are some dangerous areas that we won't deliver to. Alternatively, you are welcome to send your couriers to collect. Please select your choice at checkout.

Delivery time

Most in-stock and paid for orders will be delivered by the next day at the latest. For urgent delivery, please email manager@vicbay-ec.co.za.

Orders not paid or confirmed within 3 days of placing the order will be cancelled.

On delivery of your order

Please check the received goods against the packing slip within 24 business hours of receiving.

This is especially important if the items are to be altered in any way as picking errors can occur. If you find there is a picking error, please let us know before branding commences in order for us to replace the garment/s. Once the items are branded, we cannot exchange the garments. 

Order collections

You are welcome to collect at our showroom in Newton Park, if you placed your order the day before or early that morning, it should be ready for payment and dispatch. If, however, you are placing your order at the counter, please make yourself comfortable on one of our sofa's whilst your order gets packed.
